We were recommended to them by another customer of ours. We had helped him to get a very antiquated machine up and running and he was pretty impressed. Lotus Labels had a problem with a machine that their existing contractor wasn’t able to fix. And they were finding it hard to find anyone with knowledge of this machine.
We were able to come to the rescue and have been supporting them ever since.
Lotus Labels work in a very competitive marketplace. Turnaround time is critical to their business, helping them to win and retain customers. So, if a press or any supporting machinery is down, they’re in trouble!
Because we know what their priorities are and how they work, we make sure we’re there when they need us. We know they work shifts and at the weekends, so if they have a problem on the Friday, we make sure we’re there by the Saturday.
