We do it to your standards and observing all local regulations. And, along the way, we’re always conscious that it’s your customer we’re dealing with. So, we’re proactive and professional too.
This is all particularly important if you’re a manufacturer based in the EU. We know that it’s expensive and time consuming for you to send engineers to the UK. Or if you simply don’t have an inhouse team to send. We’ve worked with a number of manufacturers for whom it’s just not practical to keep a team of engineers on staff.

Inwood Developments position themselves as the UK experts in timber engineering. They run a lot of complex machinery that can have equally complex problems. They knew they needed a specialist provider to do work that was outside the scope of comfort for most electrical contractors.
One of their team had worked with us before and recommended us to run some diagnostics on a production line machine that had a mixture of software issues and a component part that was giving incorrect readings.
There are always complications when you’re running diagnostics but we were able to quickly isolate the problem, find a replacement part, download the software and reinstall it on a new component. The project ran as quickly as we could get supplier part replacements.
